You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.

All therapists know how to listen. In the work we do together, I give you my full attention… and the tools you need to make real and lasting change.

Welcome, I’m Ryan

It takes courage to seek a meaningful life. If you are dealing with changes, career moves, relationship issues, or uncertainty, getting support can help you achieve insight and balance. If you are considering your next steps, I welcome you to schedule a short consultation to discuss your needs and see whether my approach works for you.

I help clients manage anxiety, stress, feeling overwhelmed, lack of purpose, perfectionism, life changes, and emotional struggles at work or home. I use proven treatments, drawing on experience from meaningful, difficult environments. I know that high expectations and self-doubt can affect you, but I also know the satisfaction that comes from living by your values.

I offer a warm, team-based approach focused on real connection. Change happens when you feel appreciated and supported in a trusting relationship. We will work together to create a respectful space centered on your goals. I use proven strategies and adjust my methods to help lessen anxiety and depression, build resilience, and strengthen practical mental health skills.

Our work is about more than just easing symptoms. We will focus on building your self-awareness, calm, and confidence as you meet challenges. My aim is to support your search for balance, control, and purposeful progress.

My practice is based on alliance. I meet you where you are, respect your strengths, and help you build a grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life. Therapy is also a place to explore questions about meaning, purpose, choice, and connection. If you want relief from stress or a heightened understanding of yourself, I am here to help.

Your mind is an instrument, learn to play it well
